The myriad of obstacles discovered upon one’s path as they travel through the shadow of the valley, whether they travel by day or by night, threatens to hinder one’s destination. As one reads through these pages the reader will discover the highs and lows experienced by the poet, who seeks the desired destination of peace and contentment. Not knowing what the raging storm will bring after spending too much time in a dry and barren place, the poet unsheathes a weapon of words with various streams of thought. For poetry speaks to poetry as the poet speaks to the poet, and by one stroke of the pen to the next, it is through the use of the pen the poet lives on.”

Poetry

(ISBN: 1-4137-7785-6)

Rhyme, Rhythm and Reason is a form of Poetry consisting of English words that rhyme, possess rhythm, and have meaning. It has such beautiful flow and it has so much style. It is one of the best poetry books I have read yet. It touches on very important aspects of life. Our Country, Our Soldiers, Our God, and it leaves you breathless. This poet could be a modern day Shakespeare. It will make your soul soar upon the wings of an eagle, and feeds your heart with love. It is like being touched by the hand of God when I read each one of them. Some of my favorites were "Take it to the Cross", "Hope", "Life’s Long Journey", "The Man of Many Faces", "The Native American", "Faith Obscured", "The American Soldier" and "Confessions of Faith". I named so many favorites and did not get them all. This whole entire book is my favorite; it is wonderful and full of Love. It is a must read and a beautiful collection for the poetry lover.

Reviewed by Author Tabitha Robin
of "The Burning Bush" (ISBN# 1-4241-7229-2)
http://www.tabitha-robin.com/

Summertime Friends is a fictional novel but it seemed so real. I felt like I was one of the characters. It brought back so many childhood memories and it taught me a lot. Three young men and four young women journey into life, they face hardships and trials in their small town. They learn how to become optimistic and overcome. This story was breathtaking and full of many wonderful things. It also made me laugh and cry. It is so amazing how real it is. This is a must read for every teenager and adult alike. The author John L. Leach speaks volumes to our youth today through this brilliantly written story. This is a book I could read over and over, time after time, and I will never get tired of reading a story as heartfelt and touching as this one. Wow, sums it up.

Reviewed by Author Tabitha Robin
of "The Burning Bush" (ISBN# 1-4241-7229-2)
http://www.tabitha-robin.com/
